We offer several Career Tech Pathways that allow you to graduate with your diploma AND certification in one of the following career pathways:
Education
This pathway provides training to complete the required tests to obtain the Paraeducator (Instructional Aide) Certification and provide the skills needed to assist in conducting or conveying the lessons provided by the instructor in classrooms K-12 grade. Certification is done through a review of skills in the classroom.
1. Paraprofessional Certification - Reading, Writing and Mathematics units.

Information technology
Information Technology Pathway - This pathway prepares students for careers in digital media. The key components of the pathway include foundational computer skills for new information and technology, expertise in Google applications (Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Microsoft Office Applications (One Drive, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), and Adobe Applications (Creative Cloud, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere). Upon completion of the pathway, students will receive certificates for Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, and Adobe Digital Media.

BROADCASTING
This pathway gives students a foundation in technical, business and creative concepts related to broadcasting and audio engineering. Pathway completers would be prepared to finish a Certificate of Audio Engineering through Glenn Adult Program or transfer to Butte College to pursue an A.S. degree in Recording Arts.

Child development
This pathway prepares students to understand children’s physical, mental,emotional, social growth and development as well as provide for their care and guidance. Students are provided with a solid foundation for any career that involves children, including child care and education.

Marketing and Sales
This pathway prepares students to perform marketing and management functions and tasks associated with careers in business. Students are exposed to business practices that streamlines and promotes more effective operations. Students are provided work-based learning opportunities and opportunities to obtain industry certification to demonstrate their mastery of career-readiness skills.

PATIENT CARE
This pathway prepares students within a specific career in the various areas of patient care that will enable them to enter into postsecondary education or training programs and complete the requirements for licensure, certification, or other industry recognized credentials. The courses of this pathway are aligned to the basic knowledge levels necessary to learn and recognize word roots, prefixes, and suffixes used in medical language, understand the prevention, wellness, and disease process, and the associated skill application consistent with the Patient Care pathways scope and practice in either direct or indirect client/patient services.

Music Pathway
This music pathway is designed for students who do not necessarily play an instrument or have a musical background. The emphasis is on musical concepts that are practical and accessible. Pathway completion would prepare students for further study in the disciplines of musicology or music business.
